Monique, Nick and I planned on meeting at the Bethesda Terrace Arcade for their Central Park engagement session. I arrived early so I could do some scouting (I like to have a game plan in mind) As I was scouting, there was a crowd of people gathering around a man dressed in scrubs and his film crew. Turns out it was this Youtube famous doctor named Doctor Mike (I had never heard of him, but people were freaking out). When the couple arrived, I told them that this guy, Doctor Mike, was taping in Central Park, and Monique, who is a nurse, was like “Doctor Mike, I love him”, and went over to say hi. He actually ended up interviewing her as part of his YouTube show. It was such a fun way to start the shoot. (the clip can be seen at the end of the blog)

From Bethesda Terrace to the Mall, and Naumberg Bandshell, we worked our way around some of the highlights of Central Park, laughing the entire way. We even witnessed a guy propose to his girlfriend (she said YES) You have to love New York, you never know what you’re going to see next. From internet star to proposal we had an action filled photoshoot. I cannot wait to see what happens at their wedding!
